Graphite gasket
It is cut or stamped from pure graphite plate or metal (tooth plate, flat plate, mesh) reinforced graphite plate. It has many excellent sealing properties, such as: thermal stability, self-lubricating, corrosion resistance, no aging, no brittleness, etc. It can be used stably for a long time under harsh working conditions and requires little maintenance. Lining materials are available in different metal sheets. The models are optional without hemming, inner hemming, outer hemming, and inner and outer hemming. Graphite cutting gasket is punched or cut from pure graphite plate. Asbestos rubber gaskets are used in higher temperature medium pressure valves and are suitable for smooth flange sealing surfaces, concave and convex flange sealing surfaces and tongue and groove flange sealing surfaces.
The advantages are good corrosion resistance and thermal stability, good plasticity, and small compression force to ensure sealing. The disadvantage is that it has low strength and is easy to stick to the flange sealing surface. Asbestos rubber gaskets include universal asbestos boards and anti-corrosion asbestos boards. They are generally made of asbestos boards, acid-resistant asbestos boards, oil-resistant asbestos boards, wire-clamped asbestos boards and other materials.
